"They fixed my complaint quicker than I expected"
I reached out to support after having an issue, from the tone of their first reply I kind of assumed it might turn into a long back-and-forth. But they actually handled it quickly and got everything sorted out. Not a perfect start, but I’m glad it was fixed without too much hassle

I used Zip's for a rush order and was surprised by how fast they got everything done. I dropped my stuff off expecting the usual wait, but I got the update way sooner than I have with other places.
Everything was ready when they said it would be, which was the biggest thing for me. The price was something I definitely paid attention to since I don’t love spending extra unless I have to, but for the speed, it felt reasonable. One shirt still had a tiny wrinkle, though nothing bad enough to make a big deal out of.
I’d give it 4 stars because the turnaround was great and it got the job done, just not totally perfect. I’d use them again when I need clothes back quickly, especially if the pricing stays fair...

I tried ordering on zips.com and it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages were loading slowly, and I had to click around a ridiculous amount just to find basic things. Checkout did work eventually, but the whole process felt clunky and kind of unclear. It really could be a lot easier

I stopped in and it was clean inside overall, which I always appreciate. Nothing really stood out in a bad way, no weird messes or issues that I noticed, just a straightforward visit and everything seemed fine.

I figured they’d do a solid job based on how these places usually are, and the shirts came back pressed really nicely. No complaints from me.

I tried zips.com for wash and fold and was happy with it. My clothes literally smelled fresh, were folded neatly, and nothing came back weird or missing. Pickup was easy too, which made the whole thing super convenient. I’ll definitely use them again when my laundry starts piling up.

I checked zips.com before heading out, and finding the hours was straightforward. I’d asked support once about it and they basically said, “just check the location page before you go,” which was all I needed.
My local spot was open early enough for me to swing by before work, drop my stuff off, and get on with my day. I really like not having to guess or call around, and I still made it to work on time.

I might be overthinking it, but the prices seemed to change on me and support didn’t really give a clear explanation. Maybe there’s a reason for it, but I’m not exactly feeling confident about it.

"Refund took a minute, but they handled it"
I had a problem with my order and ended up asking for a refund. It didn’t happen as quickly as I would’ve liked, and I did have to follow up once. Then suddenly, credit where it’s due, they sorted it out and the compensation was actually fair. Support wasn’t amazing, but it was fine enough. Overall, not bad at all.

"Thought my shirt was gone, but it got sorted"
I figured once my shirt went missing, that was it, my brain just went straight to “lost forever.” But they ended up finding it later and handled the whole thing decently. Not a huge drama in the end, just one of those situations that got fixed.

"Got help faster than I expected"
I had a minor issue with my order, nothing huge, but it was one of those things I noticed while I was already trying to get through a bunch of errands that day. I sent customer service a message not expecting much, because usually that turns into a whole back-and-forth. But they replied quickly and got it sorted out without making it complicated. It was just nice to deal with a company that actually responds when you need something. I’d definitely use zips.com again.

"I liked that the drive-thru was..."
I liked that the drive-thru was easy and convenient, like I didn’t have to get out of the car, didn’t have to figure out where to park, didn’t have to talk to five different people or anything. But the line moved slowly, kind of like when you’re stuck behind someone at the ATM, or waiting for coffee, or sitting in traffic when nobody seems to be moving. And after all that, the back of my car still had dirt on it, especially around the trunk and bumper area. For a quick wash, I expected it to look cleaner. It just wasn’t really worth it today...

"Cleaning could’ve been better"
I tried zips.com for a few shirts and a jacket, the results were a little disappointing. One of my shirts still had a small stain on it, not huge, but still noticeable, and the jacket didn’t really come back feeling fresh. The price was low, so I wasn’t expecting magic or anything, but I did think it would be a bit better. The staff seemed fine, no complaints there, but the actual cleaning just didn’t really do it for me.

I signed up for the loyalty program thinking it would be a nice little perk, and at first I was like, okay, maybe it just takes a bit for points to show up. But nope, hardly anything appeared. I asked the staff about it and they were nice enough, I guess, but they didn’t really have any answers. i went from giving it a chance to feeling like, why did I even bother?
